Test data
for atmospheric delay program. Columns are latitude (N), longitude (E),
elevation w.r.t. mean sea level (m), surface pressure (Pa), NCEP precipitable
water vapor value (mm), optical delay (m), correction factor alpha (1/m).
Lat, lng, and elevation are the inputs, rest are outputs. The test inputs
are the first 10 hours of the 8 day repeat orbit, in 10 second time steps.
The elevation values are from TerrainBase 5min elevation data, nearest
neighbour interpolation. This provides a test data set with varied ranges.
The NCEP file used to create this was the 1 degree FNL global analysis
